DESCRIPTION
Gentle yet highly e cacious compounded formula delivers dramatic skin lightening and anti-aging benefits as it reduces melanin produc- tion and the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and deep creases. Formulated with botanical skin lightener Kojic Acid, HQRA 3 contains a synergistic blend of medical grade ingredients to deliver the best possible result with reduced irritation.
